As part of the Penal Law event held at the ENM on Friday, September 15th, 2023, different personnel, both civilian and military, from the Defense University Center at the Spanish Naval Academy (CUD-ENM) were decorated.
These decorations, which recognize the effort and involvement of the awardees in the years that they have been part of the Center’s staff, were granted at the proposal of the General Directorate of Recruitment and Military Education (DIGEREM), after being formulated by the CUD-ENM’s Management.
Thus, Professor Francisco Javier Rodríguez Rodríguez and CB1º Francisco Javier Louro Gándara received the Naval Merit Cross with white distinction, while CB1º Francisco Ramón Blanco García was decorated with the Operation Balmis commemorative medal.
