On the occasion of the Penal Law ceremony held at the Spanish Naval Academy on Friday, January 16th, 2026, a tribute was paid — through the awarding of decorations — to various members, both civilian and military, of the Defense University Center at the Spanish Naval Academy (CUD-ENM).
In this context, Professor María Álvarez Hernández, CB1º Francisco José García Limeres, and CB1º Alberto Pérez Pérez were awarded the Naval Cross of Merit with white distinction.
