On the occasion of the Penal Law ceremony held at the Spanish Naval Academy on Monday, June 30, 2025, a tribute was paid — through the awarding of decorations — to various members, both civilian and military, of the Defense University Center at the Spanish Naval Academy (CUD-ENM).
In this context, Professor Ms. Milagros Fernández Gavilanes was awarded the Naval Merit Cross with white insignia, Second Lieutenant Mr. José Miguel Santos Lema received the Plaque of the Royal and Military Order of Saint Hermenegild, and Petty Officer First Class Mr. Alberto Pérez Pérez was granted an Honorable Mention.
These awards, granted at the proposal of the General Directorate of Recruitment and Military Education (DIGEREM), following a suggestion by the CUD-ENM Management, are in recognition of the professional career and dedication of the awardees during their years of service at the Center.
