Last July 16th, 2023, under the presidency of the Minister of Defense, Mrs. Margarita Robles Fernández, and with the presence of the Admiral Chief of Staff of the Navy, His Excellency Admiral General Mr. Antonio Piñeiro Sánchez and other civilian and military authorities, took place at the Spanish Naval Academy the traditional acts of Swearing-in of first-year aspirants, as well as the delivery of Royal Dispatches to the new promotion of Navy Officers. The delivery of Royal Dispatches to the new Officers of the Naval Branch and Marine Corps is associated with the degree of graduate in mechanical engineering from the University of Vigo, thus becoming the ninth promotion of graduates of the CUD-ENM.
