As part of the Penal Law event held at the ENM on Friday, January 17th, 2025, different personnel from the Defense University Center at the Spanish Naval Academy (CUD-ENM) were decorated.
In particular, STTE José Miguel Santos Lema received an honorable mention, and the Cross of Naval Merit with white distinction, the latter decoration was also awarded to CB1º Francisco Ramón Blanco García.
These awards, granted at the proposal of the General Directorate of Recruitment and Military Education (DIGEREM), following a suggestion by the CUD-ENM Management, are in recognition of the professional career and dedication of the awardees during their years of service at the Center.
