On Friday, October 16, 2026, a farewell ceremony was held at the Officers’ Residence of the Spanish Naval Academy for several members of the CUD-ENM staff: Mr. Fernando González Valdivia, Mr. Miguel Santos Lema, and Mr. Francisco Blanco García, who served for several years at the Defense University Center at the Spanish Naval Academy (CUD-ENM).
Fernando González Valdivia served as the first Manager of the CUD-ENM from 2010 to 2026. Mr. Miguel Santos Lema was part of the center’s IT services team for the past eight years, while Mr. Francisco Blanco García performed administrative duties in the CUD-ENM’s Financial Office for the past five years.
The entire CUD-ENM staff wishes to express its gratitude for their service and extends its best wishes to them as they embark on new personal and/or professional chapters in their lives.
