In this page, we include all the collaboration agreements and protocols that the Defense University Center at the Spanish Naval Academy has signed. We also include the entrustments and sub-contracts if any.

Agreements

Affiliation agreement with the University of Vigo.

Agreement between the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation and the Defense University Center at the Spanish Naval Academy, for collaboration in the evaluation of research projects.

Entrustments

Management entrustment of the CUD-ENM to the Independent Agency ANECA the evaluation of the research activity of contracted teaching and research staff.

Director’s remuneration

The gross annual remuneration of the Director for the year 2022 has been set by Resolution of the Secretary of State for Budgets and Expenses at 95.636,52 euros.

This amount includes the total remuneration to be received for the performance of the position, except for the seniority that may correspond to him/her in accordance with the current regulations.

The remuneration of the Deputy Director, Secretary and Manager of the Center is fixed at:

This amount includes the total remuneration to be received for the performance of the position, except for the seniority that may correspond to him/her in accordance with the regulations in force.

Compensations of the management team

Currently, no severance compensations have been paid to the management team when they leave their positions.

Employee Compatibility

There are currently no compatibility resolutions for the employees of the Defense University Center – ENM

Compatibility after the termination of High-Ranking Positions

There are currently no authorizations for the exercise of private activities after the termination of the person holding the position of Director.

Real Estate

The Center has a ten-year (January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2029) right to use the real estate used from the Spanish Naval Academy, a formal document of the recognition.

Statistics

Since the main objective of the Center is to offer studies leading to obtain the general education system degrees required for entry into the Naval Officers’ Scale, the annual activity reports are attached.
