Credit validation and transfer

The validation and transfer of Credits will comply with the provisions of RD 1393/2007 (article 6), modified by RD 861/2010 (article 6), regarding the validation and transfer of credits in official university education.

In compliance with what is indicated in point 1 of article 6 above, the University of Vigo through its Governing Council (session of March 21st, 2018) agreed to approve a regulation for the transfer and validation of credits. As indicated in article 9 of said regulations, the regulations for the transfer and validation of credits of the University of Vigo are the responsibility of the centers, which will establish the specific criteria for their bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.

The Defense University Center approved in the Center Board of December 19th, 2019 its own regulations in which the criteria for the transfer and validation of credits in the Master’s Degree in ICT Management for Defense by the University of Vigo are set, which can be consulted in the following link.

For the 2021-2022 academic year, the deadline to initiate the application process for the transfer and validation of credits will be from September 6th, 2021 to October 8th, 2021 or from February 1 to 28, 2022, depending on whether the subject is a first or second semester subject.
